Julie Moorhouse

Julie Moorhouse is an experienced Operations Manager currently at G4S since May 2021, and has been with Capita since October 1998, progressing through various roles including Operational Enablement Manager and Team Manager. In the role of Operational Enablement Manager, Julie supports and develops performance efficiency and employee engagement across multiple brands and UK sites, and has taken on a temporary managerial role to oversee remote advisors on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions during the pandemic. Julie's career began as a Customer Experience Advisor with BT Cellnet and O2, following education at Mexborough Comprehensive School from 1984 to 1989.
