Sam Young

Sam Young is a seasoned professional in data intelligence and client delivery, currently serving as the Data Intelligence Lead and Head of Client Delivery at Capita since March 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Operations Manager at Barrachd from February 2018 to March 2020, as well as various positions at Capita from 2011 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading a team of consultants, trainers, and project managers focused on the Capita One system and managing regional services to enhance local authorities' use of the database. Earlier career roles involved serving as Senior IT Liaison Officer and Systems Coordinator at East Riding of Yorkshire Council. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems from the University of Leeds, completed in 2002.
