Suyash Deshpande

Suyash Deshpande is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as Senior Head of Talent Infrastructure & HR Shared Services at Capita and previously as Interim People Director for HR Shared Services. With a background that includes a role as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources, Suyash has extensive experience in various HR functions, including compensation and benefits as the Group Compensation & Benefits Lead at L&T Finance and Senior Manager for Compensation, Performance & Global Mobility at VFS Global Services. Prior experience also includes work as an Assistant Manager in HR at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Suyash holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and is currently pursuing a degree in Strategy Formulation & Execution at the Indian School of Business.
