Madeline Glista Daly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Madeline currently works at Capital Bank, N.A. as the AVP, Product Marketing Lead- Mortgage Lending. Prior to that, they were at Compass, where they held various marketing positions including Senior Marketing Manager- National Operations and Marketing Manager. Madeline also worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Associate at Compass. Before joining Compass, Madeline worked at Alexander & Associates @ Long & Foster Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator & Licensed Real Estate Agent. Madeline started their career as a Public Opinion Intern at the American Enterprise Institute and as an Events & Policy Assistant at the National Foundation for Women Legislators, Inc. Madeline also worked as a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor LOFT.

Madeline Glista Daly received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & Government from The Catholic University of America, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
