Melissa Bartholomew has extensive experience in various roles in the banking and technology industries. Melissa is the VP, Senior Product Manager - Path to Home Ownership at Capital Bank, N.A., where they are responsible for defining strategy, processes, and digital capabilities to support customers' path to homeownership. Prior to that, they were the VP, Digital Experience & Platforms at Freedom Mortgage, where they led the implementation of a new digital tech stack and developed the annual digital strategy for best-in-class customer experience. Melissa also has experience as a business owner at vomFASS Des Moines and Zland. In addition, they held positions at Aviva, Wells Fargo, CareMedic Systems, and Wellmark, where they gained diverse experience in eBusiness, product management, and various positions in the Medicare and technology divisions.

Melissa Bartholomew holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Drake University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Grand View University.
