Mikella M G. has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Mikella M is currently serving as Vice President Business Banking at Capital Bank, N.A. since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at TD for almost 9 years in the role of Vice President- Business Development Manager. During their time at TD, they generated profitable financial relationships, developed and led a team of seventeen bankers, and coordinated a financial literacy program. Mikella M also worked at Burke & Herbert Bank as an Assistant Vice President / Manager, where they managed branch operations, developed the "Bank@work" program, and provided exceptional customer experience. Before that, they served as AVP-Branch Manager at PNC, where they directed sales, service, and business development activities. Mikella M'scareer started at BB&T as a Retail Services Officer III, where they led branch sales performance and participated in various community associations and groups.

Mikella M G. is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, pursuing a degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
