In 2010, they joined Quest Diagnostic as a Client Service Representative. Shannon then moved on to Capital Bank, N.A. in 2012, where they held various roles including Customer Service Representative, Funding Specialist, Operations Supervisor, AVP, Card Operations Manager, and currently as VP, Director of Card Operations. Shannon Detweiler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Albright College and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Montgomery County Community College. Additionally, they are certified by the Consumer Data Industry Association as FCRA Certified, which they obtained in 2019.
