Ryan Kauth

Ryan Kauth is an experienced aquatics manager and swim coach currently serving as the Aquatics Manager and Head Swim Coach at Capital City Club since April 2023. Previously, Kauth held the position of Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach at Messiah University from April 2022 to March 2023 and served as the Assistant Swim Coach at Georgia Institute of Technology from June 2021 to April 2022. Additional coaching roles include Head Swimming and Diving Coach at Biola University from September 2017 to June 2021, Assistant Varsity Swimming Coach at Mater Dei High School from May 2014 to November 2017, and Head Coach of the Heritage Park Seals with the Irvine Swim League from June 2013 to July 2016. Kauth's coaching journey began with a Graduate Assistant Swim Coach role at Concordia University Irvine from August 2015 to March 2016. Kauth holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching & Athletic Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Sports Science, both from Concordia University Irvine.
