Ryan Pentico is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the catering and food service industry. As a co-founder of Pentico Broβs Catering since February 2020, Ryan has played a key role in establishing the business. In addition to this venture, Ryan has been serving as a production scheduler at Capital City Fruit since April 2016. Previous roles include executive chef and assistant kitchen manager at Hy-Vee, Inc. from May 2010 to April 2016, and production worker at Capital City Fruit from April 2007 to June 2011. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Managing Business & Organizations from the University of Northern Iowa, slated for completion in May 2024, alongside two Associate degrees from the Iowa Culinary Institute in Restaurant/Food Services Management and Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
