Liza DeJesus has a strong background in community management and operations. Liza currently holds the position of Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. as the Vice President of Community Management from February 2017 to November 2021. In this role, Liza ensured compliance with government and industry regulations, provided guidance and training to Board of Directors and team members, and led efficient board meetings.

Before Seabreeze Management, Liza served as the General Manager at Action Property Management from February 2013 to January 2017. Liza upheld property values through building operations management, reduced expenses through contract negotiations, and maintained excellent communication with residents and the Board of Directors.
