Patti Bani

Patti Bani has an extensive work experience starting from 1987. Patti began their career at North Shore Bank where they worked as an AVP - Accounting Supervisor for 12 years until 1999. In the same year, they joined Capital Credit Union and held the position of VP Human Resources for almost 20 years until April 2018. After that, they became the Chief Culture Officer at Capital Credit Union.

Patti Bani attended CUNA Management School from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a CCUE degree. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from UW - Green Bay between 1982 and 1987.
