ThuLan Duong

ThuLan Duong has a diverse background in the field of histotechnology and pathology. ThuLan began their career as a Histology Technician at FD NeuroTechnologies in 2016, where they performed cryotomy, microtomy, immunochemistry, and section mounting. ThuLan then moved on to become a Histopathology Technician II at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2017, where they gained experience in tissue processing, microtomy, and staining. In 2019, ThuLan joined Greater Baltimore Medical Center as a Histotechnologist, where they excelled in various procedures including in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical staining. From 2020 to 2022, ThuLan worked as a Primary IHC Specialist/Histotechnologist at Theranostix, Inc, overseeing IHC and Special Stains operations, validating and optimizing new stains, and training new employees. ThuLan is currently employed as an Anatomic Pathology Manager at Capital Digestive Care.

ThuLan Duong received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2016.
