Charmienne Ganao

Charmienne Ganao has extensive experience in finance and treasury management. Charmienne has held positions at various companies including Capital Electric, Sonepar USA, FMC Corporation, and Berwind Corporation. Their most recent role was as Vice President Finance at Capital Electric, where they currently work. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Treasury at Sonepar USA, overseeing financial and operational risks, capital structures, foreign currency hedging strategies, cash management activities, and investment policies. Before that, they worked as the Director of Corporate Finance at FMC Corporation, where they managed relationships with bankers and rating agencies, implemented forecasting processes, and developed hedging strategies. Charmienne began their career as an Assistant Treasurer at Berwind Corporation.

Charmienne Ganao holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from West Virginia University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. Later, in 1995 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. In 2013, Charmienne also completed an Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.
