Gordon Daugherty

Gordon Daugherty is a co-founder and the chairman of Capital Factory, a startup accelerator and coworking space for entrepreneurs in Austin, Texas. Gordon is also a board director at ResilientGrid, a company that provides advanced situational awareness solutions for the electric utility control room.

Daugherty has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Gordon was the managing director of SoftMatch, a company that connects enterprises to the global startup ecosystem to foster innovation and facilitate strategic partnerships, investment or acquisition. Prior to that, they were the founder and CEO of SwimTopia, a software company that provides online registration and team management solutions for swim teams. Gordon has also held executive positions at Shockwave Innovations, Apptronik, and Houston Exponential.

Gordon Daugherty has a B.S. in Computer Science from Baylor University, a Commercial Marketing Strategy for Executives from The Wharton School, a Senior Management Program from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an Executive Leadership Development Program from PAL~Leadership.
