Caitlin Kelso

Caitlin Kelso is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, banking, insurance, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant and New Account Specialist at Security State Bank Wyoming since November 2018, Caitlin provides customers with information on charge card and loyalty programs while assisting in opening and activating new accounts. As a Co-Owner and Operator of Kelso Excavation, LLC since February 2021, Caitlin offers excavation services in the Big Horn Basin. Previous roles include wrangler at The Hideout Lodge and Guest Ranch, licensed insurance team member at several State Farm locations, and insurance agent at various agencies, where Caitlin developed expertise in insurance policy options and client relations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing from Carroll College.
