Wes Sutton

Wes Sutton has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the agricultural finance sector. Currently serving as General Counsel at Capital Farm Credit since March 2018, Wes has also held the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel at AgSouth Farm Credit since September 2012. Prior to these roles, Wes worked as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Supervisory Attorney at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank from January 2002 to September 2012. Wes holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, earned between 1995 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Erskine College, completed in 1995.
