Feisal Baghazal

Feisal Baghazal has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the beverage industry. Feisal currently serves as the Group Managing Director at Capital FM Kenya, where they oversee a radio station known for its music and events. Prior to this, they were the Chief Growth Officer at Highlands Drinks Limited, where they focused on resource optimization, profitability, and innovation. Feisal has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Melkam Moringa, where they implemented a new strategic direction and provided financial guidance. Additionally, they served as the Chief Growth Officer at FABS CONSULTANTS LTD, where they developed growth plans and strategies. Earlier in their career, Feisal held various roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, including Sales Director, Route to Market Specialist, Commercial Manager, and General Sales Manager. Feisal has a proven track record of leading large teams, expanding businesses, and driving revenue growth.

Feisal Baghazal's education history includes attending the Executive Development Programme at GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science). Additionally, Feisal participated in the Financial Development Programme (BISSADA) at the Coca-Cola Northern Africa Division in Nairobi, which focused on finance for non-finance managers. Furthermore, Feisal also underwent training in Consumer & Customer Service Systems at Coca-Cola Polokwane in South Africa.
