Amy Crespo

Amy Crespo has extensive experience in client services and mental health leadership, currently serving as the Mental Health ERG Global Lead at Capital Group since September 2005. In previous roles at Capital Group, Amy Crespo managed internal controls and compliance related to fraud detection and financial regulations. Prior to this, at CVS Caremark Corporation, responsibilities included developing and implementing a new prescription mail order process for the Federal Employee Program. Early career experience includes working as an Admissions Counselor at Remuda Ranch Center for Anorexia and Bulimia, where patient trust was prioritized. Amy Crespo holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Phoenix.
