Robert Buchalter

Robert Buchalter is Managing Principal and Co-Chairman of Capital Growth Buchalter and its affiliates, Robert has provided award-winning real estate development, management, and construction services for over 30 years to a wide range of clients in the commercial, medical, and residential sectors. Robert is known as being agile and strategic when working with clients from around the country.

A focus on high-quality service and a strong commitment to giving back have earned Robert much respect in the business community. He is currently involved in numerous civic and philanthropic activities including serving on the Athletics Sports Foundation Board for the University of Alabama – Birmingham.

Previously, Robert served in leadership roles with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), NAHB Commercial Builders Council, Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa, Home Builders Association of Alabama, Alabama Builders Political Action Committee, Stillman College President’s Advisory Committee, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, March of Dimes, and Boy Scouts of West Alabama.

A native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis on corporate finance and marketing, from the University of Houston. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing golf and tennis, and spending time with his family.
