David Krucoff

David Krucoff is a seasoned commercial real estate professional, currently serving as Vice President at both Capital Investment LLC and Capital Investment Group since 2021. In addition, David holds a position in commercial sales at Novitium Energy, focusing on solar projects across DC, MD, and VA. As the Founder and Executive Director of Douglass County, Maryland, David advocates for DC enfranchisement and self-determination. David's political experience includes running as an Independent candidate for Congress, emphasizing DC voting rights and bipartisan reform. With a rich background in commercial real estate spanning over 17 years, David has also held various leadership roles at Broad Street Realty and Coldwell Banker. David earned a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
