Erik Szymczak

Erik Szymczak has a diverse range of work experience in the logistics and operations field. Erik began their career in 2014 as a Field Operations Supervisor at Buffalo Fuel Corp, where they gained proficiency in operating gasoline and diesel machines, as well as sheet metal and electrical component assembly. In 2015, Erik joined Total Quality Logistics as a Logistics Account Executive, where they underwent an extensive sales training program and handled responsibilities such as lead generation, sales calls, and rate research. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at iShared Transportation as the Inside Sales & Truckload Operations Director, overseeing the Inside Sales Department and managing responsibilities such as new applicant hiring and training, CRM/TMS oversight, and performance reviews. In 2022, Erik joined AFC Logistics as a Carrier Sales Manager, where they managed carrier sales and completed their tenure in 2023. Currently, they are working as the Director of Operations at Capital Logistics, LLC.

From 2008 to 2012, Erik Szymczak attended Buffalo State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
