Ericka Baxter

Ericka Baxter is an experienced professional who currently holds the position of Operations Manager at Capital: Materials, Paving & Construction. Ericka also serves as the Air Commissioner for the State of Missouri, and chairs various committees at the Missouri Limestone Producers Association. With a background in environmental management and a Bachelor's degree in Gerontology, Ericka has a strong foundation in sustainability and leadership. Their previous roles include Senior Environmental Director at CRH Americas and Director of Environmental Affairs & Sustainability at Conco Quarries and Conco Companies. Additionally, Ericka co-directs the Soulquench Camp at Greene County Baptist Assoc.
