Juliana Harris, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Juliana began their career in 1990 with Drake Beam Morin, where they served as an Administrative Director/Consultant for job development. Juliana then moved on to Professional Career Associates in 1996, where they worked as the Managing Director/Owner, providing career transition and training support to individuals and companies.

In 2009, Juliana joined Lee Hecht Harrison as a Certified Career Consultant, offering one-on-one coaching and consulting to clients going through career transitions. Juliana also facilitated career transition workshops during their time there. In 2011, they joined Austin HR as a Consultant, providing HR consulting and transactional HR support to businesses.

Juliana's experience in the HR field continued with their positions at SP3 Group from 2005, where they served as an HR Services Consultant, handling recruitment, HR consulting, training and development, executive coaching, and outplacement services. Juliana later joined CapMetro in 2013 as the Manager of HR & Talent, and held various roles including Director of Workforce Planning and Director of People Strategy.

In 2021, Juliana joined Austin Transit Partnership as the Director of HR Business Partner, overseeing the implementation of Project Connect and embedding equity, sustainability, and transparency as core values.

Throughout their career, Juliana has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management, career coaching, and organizational development. Their extensive experience and professional certifications make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Juliana Harris, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Business, Finance, and Accounting from Western Kentucky University. Juliana also obtained the certifications of SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in February 2015 from SHRM and Professional Human Resources (PHR) in February 2012 from HRCI - Human Resources Certification Institute.
