Prior to this role, Claire managed the Adverse Media Monitoring/NNS team at HSBC for nearly 23 years, overseeing screening processes across 30 global markets and ensuring compliance with Global Standards. Claire holds a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
