Alison Corazzini

Alison Corazzini serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR for Card at Capital One since June 2020, following a distinguished tenure at the company where Alison held various leadership roles in Human Resources, including Managing Vice President and Vice President overseeing diverse functions such as Technology, Digital, and Retail Operations. Prior to Capital One, Alison Corazzini accumulated extensive experience at JPMorgan from 1999 to September 2011 in positions such as Head of Investment Banking Coverage Human Resources and Senior Investment Banking HR Business Partner. Alison Corazzini also worked as an Adjunct Counselor at John Jay College from 2001 to 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, a Master of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Education in Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, along with additional training from Stanford University in 2014.
