Alvin Schexnider

Alvin Schexnider is an experienced leader in organizational culture and design, currently serving as the Org & Culture Design Lead at Capital One since November 2021. Alvin has significantly enhanced community engagement through the WUT Culture Forum program, achieving a 50% increase in attendance and record participation in events. Alvin is also the Founder of GraffitiVersal, a creative studio focused on Afrofuturism, and the author of "A Kids Book About Radical Dreaming." Previous roles include Chief People Officer at the Illinois Department of Human Services, where Alvin led employee experience initiatives, and Director of Operations at Greater Good Studio, with a focus on advancing equity. Alvin holds a Master's Degree from the University of Minnesota and has completed various leadership and design programs.
