Amit Sheth

Amit Sheth is an accomplished Director of Software Engineering at Capital One, where extensive leadership spans from February 2004 to the present. Amit leads multiple engineering teams focused on Enterprise Observability, utilizing advanced analytics and machine learning to enhance internal applications. Key achievements include designing an ML Ops internal tool for near real-time anomaly detection and fault localization, as well as developing cloud monitoring tools and automation scripts for data management. Prior roles encompassed leading the Automation and Optimization group and managing software applications at Configuration Management Inc. Amit holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Fr Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
