Chia-Hao Shen

Chia-hao Shen is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer currently at Capital One since August 2024 and previously held the same title at Elementus from September 2023 to May 2024, where significant contributions included the development of a RAG system for SQL conversion and the design of monitoring pipelines. Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer at Happify Health from September 2021 to June 2023 involved creating robust machine learning infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and optimizing model-serving endpoints.
