Nil Eguz has extensive experience at Capital One, spanning over two decades since September 2001, where current roles include Chief Operating Officer of Business Cards & Payments. Nil has held various leadership positions, such as Assistant Chief Credit Officer, Managing Vice President of Commercial Card, and Vice President of Consumer Credit Card, among others. Prior to Capital One, Nil worked as a Consultant at Renaissance Worldwide from July 2000 to August 2001. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
