Paul Goodwin

Paul Goodwin is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and IT service delivery. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Capital One since October 2020, Paul previously held multiple leadership roles at Conduent, including IT Portfolio Director and IT Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing service delivery and developing performance improvement strategies for custom-built software solutions. Prior to Conduent, Paul spent two decades at Xerox, excelling in various positions focused on IT delivery and supply chain systems, while also overseeing substantial annual investments. Early career experience includes a role as Principal Consultant at Oracle. Paul holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems from Buffalo State University and the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.
