Rodney Wells

Rodney Wells is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and data engineering, currently serving as Principal Associate - Senior Software Engineer for ML Platforms at Capital One since February 2022, where responsibilities include building an ML Ops Platform for Data Scientists and ML Engineers. Prior roles at Capital One included Senior Associate Software Engineer and Senior Associate Data Engineer, focusing on streamlining data pipelines and developing fraud visualization tools.
