Wayland began their career at Hailey Realty Company in 2016 as a Senior Associate. In 2018, they joined Capital Real Estate Group as a Vice President, where they worked on lease renewals, negotiations, tenant relocations, and purchase/sales for professional firms and emerging growth companies in Atlanta.
