Amy Palen O'Hearn

Amy Palen O'Hearn, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in healthcare systems. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Concord Hospital Health System since November 2021, Amy previously held similar roles at Elliot Hospital and LRGHealthcare, where responsibilities included managing clinical and EMR-related projects and overseeing project team resources. Additionally, Amy has a strong technical background, having worked as a Software Engineer at The Echo Group, where innovative electronic clinical health record solutions were developed, and as a Senior Consultant at IntraNexus, focusing on clinical and revenue cycle system implementation. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Services/Healthcare Management from UNH Online and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science from Ulster County Community College.
