Marcel White

Marcel White is the Chief People Officer at Capital Rx. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at inVentiv Health, and before that, the Vice President of Human Resources at Spectra.

Marcel has extensive experience in leading Human Capital strategies and teams across multiple divisions and businesses. Marcel is a strong business partner with a focus on integration, organizational alignment, process improvement, executive talent acquisition, leadership development, and engagement.

At Spectra, Marcel was responsible for the global HR functions for the Food & Hospitality, Corporate Partnerships, and Venue Management businesses. Marcel oversaw a team of 25,000 associates and was responsible for leading the corporate HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Labor Relations, Benefits, and Compensation.

Marcel is a strategic and innovative leader with a proven track record of success in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results. Marcel is passionate about developing people and teams and is committed to creating an inclusive environment that values diversity and inclusion.

White earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Widener University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business. Marcel also has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Six Sigma.US.

Marcel White reports to Anthony J. Loiacono, CEO. They are on a team with Joe Alexander - COO, Karen Dierker - SVP, Implementation, and Laura Alemzadeh - VP, Legal.
