Dave Pohlman

Dave Pohlman is the President and Founder of Capital Search, Inc., a National Executive Search firm that specializes in the engineering industry. Prior to founding Capital Search, Inc., Dave held positions such as Managing Director at Talent Bridge, Recruiting Manager at Patrick Companies, and Account Manager at Apex Systems. Dave graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
