Chris Rehberger

Chris Rehberger is the VP Finance & Treasurer at Capital Southwest. Prior to joining Capital Southwest, Chris was the Vice President - Finance at American Capital from July 2006 to September 2015. At American Capital, Chris was responsible for managing and reviewing the performance of a team which produces financial models, corporate earnings and capital allocation forecasts, investor presentations, and scenario analysis for presentation to Sr. Management and Board of Directors. Chris led their team through the modeling and analysis of a spin-off transaction, culminating in BOD approval and public announcement to split American Capital into two public companies.

Chris Rehberger has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia.

Their manager is Bowen S. Diehl, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. They are on a team with Douglas M. Kelley - Managing Director, Joshua S. Weinstein - Managing Director, and Michael S. Sarner - Chief Financial Officer.
