David L. Kaufman

David L. Kaufman is the current President at Capital University. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Encova Insurance from April 2017 to December 2019. David is certified from the American Academy of Actuaries as a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and from the Casualty Actuarial Society as an Associate in the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS).
