Alex S. Chamblin Jr.

Alex S. Chamblin, Jr. has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Alex S. started their career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in 1988 and received multiple promotions during their tenure. Alex S. then worked at Camberley Hotel Company as the Director of Operations and later became the General Manager of Camberley Club Hotel. Alex S. joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 1997 and held various roles, including General Manager and Senior Director of Operations. Alex S. also served as the General Manager of Hotel de la Poste and Sheraton Colony Square Hotel. In 2005, they became the Corporate Director of Residential Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Alex S. later became the Senior Director of Distressed Assets at Starwood Hotels and Re, where they re-engineered the operations and sales and marketing efforts of resorts in different markets. Alex S. then joined Wyndham Vacation Ownership in 2011 as the Vice President and worked there until 2018. Alex S. joined Wyndham Destinations as the Vice President of Resort Operations in 2018 and later moved to Capital Vacations, where they currently hold the position of Senior Vice President - Operations.

Alex S. Chamblin, Jr. pursued their education in business administration and management. In 1985, they briefly attended the University of South Alabama, focusing on general business administration and management studies. Alex S. then transferred to Morehead State University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration between 1986 and 1988.
