William Sim

William Sim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President and Solution Architect for Ascott at CapitaLand since July 2017, William has successfully managed B2B and B2C CRM and loyalty programs, including the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) Loyalty Programme and Salesforce CRM implementation. Prior roles include Senior Manager overseeing CRM for CapitaLand Lodging Business and working with the Ascott Business Unit on digital hospitality initiatives. William's experience also includes serving as an Application Consultant at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore and an Engineer in the Enterprise Architecture Office at DSTA. William holds a Bachelor of Computing Science with a business focus from the National University of Singapore.
