Alice Phua

Alice Phua is an experienced executive in fund management, currently serving as Executive Director at CapitaLand since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing five China-focused funds with total assets under management exceeding USD 6 billion and overseeing 12 commercial mixed-use assets across nine cities in China. Previously, Alice held the position of Vice President in Retail Fund Management for four retail China funds. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Business Development Manager at Lendlease, where Alice was involved in capital raising and investor relations from 2015 to 2018, and roles at Archon Group as a Portfolio Analyst managing a €2 billion non-performing loan portfolio, as well as serving as an Acquisition Analyst at Mills Corporation. Alice Phua holds a Bachelor in Social Sciences with Honours in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.
