Thu Nguyen, CPA Aust., currently serves as a Finance Manager at CapitaLand since October 2016, previously holding the position of Senior Finance Executive. Responsibilities include preparing monthly consolidations for CapitaLand Vietnam Group, generating various financial reports for headquarters and fund investors, and managing financial forecasts and analyses. Additionally, Thu manages accounting for offshore holding companies, ensuring compliance and accurate financial documentation. Prior experience as an Audit Senior at EY from September 2013 to September 2016 involved planning and executing audit engagements, preparing financial statements under VAS and IFRS, and mentoring junior team members.
