Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj's previous roles include Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities encompassed managing BPM – Pega presales and consulting, and leading customer discussions. Prior to that, significant contributions were made as a Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB and as a Senior Solutions Architect at Wipro Technologies, with experience spanning across various prestigious companies including FedEx Services, MasterCard, and Level 3 Communications. Sebastiraj holds an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
