Bianca Nijhof

Bianca Nijhof is an accomplished leader in sustainability and climate action, currently serving as a Board Member for Arctic Basecamp and Global Lead for Nature Growth at Anthesis Group. With a diverse background, Nijhof represents the Workplace Pride Foundation as a Commissioner for The Business Commission to Tackle Inequality and endorses sustainable water management as a member of the Strategic Council for the International Water Association. Previous roles include Managing Director at the Netherlands Water Partnership and Board Member of the Amsterdam International Water Week. An advocate for inclusivity, Nijhof co-chairs the Foundation Board at Workplace Pride.
