Nicole Bartsch

Nicole Bartsch is a Senior Decision Scientist at Capitec, specializing in credit analytics since August 2022, focusing on the evaluation and enhancement of credit portfolio performance using advanced data science methodologies. Prior to this role, Bartsch served as a Data Scientist III at Mediclinic from January 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included developing clinical indicators and algorithms to support business decision-making.
