Andy Peters

Andy Peters possesses extensive experience in the mechanical and service industry, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development and Education and as a Project Manager at Capitol Boiler Works since August 2011. Responsibilities include supervising service calls, installations, equipment start-ups, and crew scheduling, alongside customer support and training. Additionally, Andy holds the position of Managing Member at Blue Anchor Holdings LLC since September 2021 and has been the Owner of Cedar Run Outdoors since December 2010, which specializes in outdoor sporting goods retail. Prior to these roles, Andy gained comprehensive technical skills as a Lead Service Technician at Holman Boiler Repair and as an Apprentice/Service Technician at Tate Engineering Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included service calls, equipment maintenance, and customer service.
