Kelly Oldridge has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kelly began their career as a Supervisor at TeleTech in 1999 and then worked as an Administrative Support at Aon Risk Services from 2003 to 2006. Kelly also served as a Database Administrator at the American Association of Grant Professionals in 2006.
After that, Kelly worked as a Coordinator at the KU Center for Health Informatics from 2006 to 2011. Kelly then joined Cabela's and held roles such as Human Resources Admin/Coordinator and Retail Schedule and Payroll Administrator from 2011 to 2013.
Kelly gained experience in human resources and benefits management at TDB Communications, Inc. from 2013 to 2018, where they held various positions including HRIS and Payroll Specialist, Human Resources Administrator, and Manager of Human Resources and Benefits.
Kelly continued their career at Bob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter & Electrical as the Human Resources Director from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Capitol Bridge LLC, where they have held several director-level positions including Director, Human Resources & Benefits; Director, Workforce Analytics; Director of Recruiting; and their current role as Director, Compliance.
Kelly Oldridge obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Workforce Management and Human Resources from Pittsburg State University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Donnelly College from 1996 to 1998.
In terms of additional certifications, Kelly obtained the Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn in May 2022. Kelly also received certifications in Unconscious Bias (2017) and became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in July 2019, both from LinkedIn and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) respectively.
