Miguel Merca Nieves

Miguel Merca Nieves is a professional with a diverse background in quality assurance and bilingual customer service. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Capitol Bridge since March 2022, Miguel has previously worked in roles such as Bilingual Agent for the State of Florida Department of Labor and the Florida Department of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Experience also includes being an Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau and serving as a Sales Associate at Tiendas Kress and GE. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Arts in Graphic Design from Atlantic University College, complemented by a certification in Communications Technology from Mr. B Academy Aguadilla.
