Tracey Hammond

Tracey Hammond has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Tracey began their career as a Support Coordinator at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson in July 2018 and worked there until December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating support for clients.

From January 2021 to February 2022, Tracey worked as a Client Relations Coordinator at Applegate Quinn & Magee, where they managed relationships with clients.

Currently, Tracey is working at Capitol Care Inc. as the Director of Support Services. Tracey joined the company in February 2022 and is responsible for screening potential clients, marketing programs, and increasing the number of people served by the organization.

Tracey Hammond received their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Rowan University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015.
