Nina Stary

Nina is an internal control officer and risk manager at TotalEnergies SE (Oil & Gas) and an organizer at NewSpaceVision (Space Industry). Prior to working in the Oil & Gas industry, she was assistant manager at KPMG auditing banks in Frankfurt and Berlin for three years as well as two years for insurance companies, funds, and oil & gas companies at KPMG LLP in the United States. Nina previously worked as a research fellow in the field of Finance, Banks, and Markets at the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy (IMW) and at the Real Estate Research faculty at the University of Leipzig. Additionally, she gained insights into financial and internal audits as well as public and managerial accounting topics during early internships. Nina holds an M.Sc. degree in Management from the University of Leipzig and studied a semester abroad at the University of Houston in the United States.
