Gaurav Mehrotra

Gaurav Mehrotra has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Gaurav is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Capitol Petroleum Group, LLC. Prior to this, they served as the Principal at VR Lean. Gaurav also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Custom Bakehouse. Gaurav's previous roles include Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain at Lief Labs, Zone Supply Chain Director and Director of Continuous Improvement at Borden, and Director of Operations at CTI Foods. Gaurav also worked as an Associate Director of Continuous Improvement at The Kraft Heinz Company and as a Business Unit Manager and Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Land O'Lakes. Earlier in their career, Gaurav worked as a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, Quality Manager, and Environment & Safety Manager at NWNA. Gaurav started their career as the Vice President of Business Development at VisualSoft Technologies.

Gaurav Mehrotra holds a high school degree in Science & Mathematics from Navrachna. Gaurav completed their B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel University in 1991. In 1992, they obtained an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. Gaurav also achieved a Master Black Belt Six Sigma certification from Arizona State University in 2013.
